Two years of experience in IAF Boarding Centers or a post-graduate degree in psychology with three years of experience are prerequisites. The position entails counseling, training, and mental health evaluations for ATCOs. With a one-year commitment that can extended based on performance, the honorarium is ₹50,000 per month.
