  • On homepage, click on Migration Approval” link.
  • Enter your credentials, such as your registration number, and application ID and new users may need to complete the registration process first.
  • Once logged in, proceed to the “Migration” or “Student Services” area within the portal.
  • Check “Migration Approval Status” option or a similar link to check the current status of your migration application.
  • Upon selecting this option, you will be able to see if your migration request is “Approved,” “Pending,” or “Rejected.”
  • If your request is approved, there may be an option available to download or print the migration approval letter for your records.
