Joint Admission Committee, Delhi, is expected to initiate the JAC Delhi 2025 counselling process tentatively in May 2025. At the time of reporting, candidates must bring both original and self-attested copies of the following documents :

1. Online filled Registration Form, signed by the guardian/parent and the candidate.
2. Three passport-size photographs.
3. Admit Card & Score Card of JEE (Main) – 2024 (printed).
4. Class XII marks sheet.
5. Date of Birth Certificate, as mentioned in the High School or equivalent examination (Class X).
6. Reserved category / sub-category Certificate in the candidate’s name, as outlined in Chapter 3 of the Admission Brochure JAC 2025.
7. Original Medical fitness certificate, as per the format provided in Chapter 7 of Admission Brochure JAC 2024.
8. Demand Draft for Rs. 2,29,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh Twenty Nine Thousand only/-), payable to “Registrar DTU” in Delhi.

JAC Counselling Procedure for Special Spot Round :

i) Candidates must personally attend the Special Spot Round Counselling at the designated venue, bringing along all required documents.

ii) Admission will granted to candidates based on their rank in the Rank List (CRL).

iii) If a candidate fails to promptly submit the admission fee draft upon seat allotment for any reason, the allotted seat will immediately canceled. The seat will then offered to the next candidate based on CRL merit.

iv) Failure of a candidate to report as per the schedule and within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the admission claim. No requests or representations will entertained thereafter under any circumstances.

v) Candidature will immediately canceled if any deficiency of documents is found, and no requests or representations will entertained thereafter.

vi) No fees will refunded in case of withdrawal after admission.
