2. Through this program, nurses from other states or areas who possess legitimate qualifications are able to lawfully practice in West Bengal.

3. In order to adhere to local laws and seamlessly integrate into the state’s healthcare system, nurses who intend to relocate or look for work in West Bengal must complete this registration.

4. For nurses having credentials or registrations earned outside of West Bengal, it is very helpful.

Steps to Fill the Reciprocal Registration Form :

Check out the Official Portal :

• View the reciprocal.wbhealth.gov.in website.
• If you are a new user, register or log in using your credentials.

Proceed to the Application Section :

• Navigate to the “Reciprocal Registration” area.
• To access the online application form, click the link.

Complete the Form :

• Give personal information such as your name, birthdate, and contact details.
• Enter your nursing credentials, together with information on your institution and parent council.
• Provide scanned copies of the necessary paperwork, such as pay stubs, certifications, and confirmation of course completion.

Examine and Submit :

• Verify the accuracy of the information entered twice.
• Download the acknowledgment sheet for your records and submit the form.

• Online Application Form : A printed copy of the completed online form.
• Acknowledgment Slip : A printed copy of the acknowledgment slip generated during application.
• Registration Certificates :
  • Two copies of your registration certificate with up-to-date renewals.
  • If you have multiple registrations, cancel previous certificates and submit proof of cancellation.
• Diploma/Degree Certificate :
  • GNM candidates: One copy of your diploma certificate.
  • B.Sc. Nursing candidates: One copy of your degree certificate (provisional certificates not accepted).
• Course Completion Certificate : Issued by the parent nursing council or university.
• Proof of Date of Birth : Secondary exam admit card or birth certificate.
• Still Working Certificate : A recent certificate with a minimum of six months’ experience, issued by your current employer. The certificate must include your designation and employee ID.
• Pay Slips : Six months of pay slips, updated to the current month, on the employer’s official letterhead.
• Mark Sheet of Higher Secondary (10+2) : A copy of the mark sheet.
• Affiliation List : SNRC affiliation list showing the institution’s name for the admission academic year.
• Indian Nursing Council Withdrawal List : Document showing the institution’s absence in the withdrawal list.
• Original Documents for Verification : All original documents must be presented during the verification process.
