Wb Anm Gnm Counselling 2024 Date, Allotment List

WBJEEB is set to administer the OMR based Common Entrance Test ANM(R) & GNM-2024 for admissions to various Colleges/Institutes in West Bengal. This test is for entry into the two-year Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery (Revised) course and the three-year General Nursing & Midwifery course for the academic session 2024-25.

The tentative examination date is scheduled for 14th July 2024 (Sunday). Online registration for ANM & GNM 2024 will open from 21st March 2024 (Thursday) to 24th April 2024 (Wednesday).

Online Registration of ANM & GNM 2024 has been extended up to 24.04.2024 (Wednesday)

Procedure for submission of application form to Anm Gnm :

Registration :

a) Candidates will input personal details including name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, identification type and number, present and permanent address, mobile number, email ID, etc.
b) The accuracy of information such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, and domicile is crucial, as it cannot altered later.
c) Candidates will create a password and submit the registration.
d) An application number will generated and displayed on the screen, along with an SMS/email sent to the registered mobile number/email ID.
e) In case of a forgotten password, candidates can recover it through the “Forgot Password” option; no other recovery method is available.
f) Candidates are advised against sharing their password with anyone, as the Board holds no responsibility for any changes resulting from password sharing.

Application :

a) Candidates will provide additional information such as domicile, category, PwD status, family income status, religion, nationality, academic details, etc.
b) Candidates will select any four examination zones in order of preference and submit the application.

Uploading of Images :

a) Candidates must upload JPG/JPEG images of their recent color photograph (10 to 200 KB) and signature (4 to 30 KB).
b) Both the photo and signature must uploaded simultaneously.

Payment of Examination Fees :

a) Examination fees can paid through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, QR Code, or UPI only.
b) The application fee is Rs.300 for SC/ST/OBCA/OBC-B/EWS/Orphan candidates and Rs.400 for all other candidates, plus applicable Bank service charges.
c) The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Confirmation Page (15.5) :

Upon successful completion of the above steps, candidates will download the ‘Confirmation Page,’ indicating the completion of the application process. The application is considered incomplete until the Confirmation Page is generated.

Correction of Application Form :

a) Primary registration data, including Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s name, gender, domicile, and Date of birth, cannot corrected.
b) Candidates can edit other information during the designated correction period by logging in. The Board will not entertain correction requests beyond this period or make corrections on behalf of candidates.

WB ANM & GNM Counselling 2024 – Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must at least 17 years old and not older than 35 as of December 31st, 2024.
  • Aspirants must have obtained a minimum of 40% in their board examinations.
  • Candidates need to have successfully completed their Higher Secondary Examination from a reputable institution.
  • Applicants must permanent residents of West Bengal.
  • Test-takers must have achieved the WB ANM & GNM cutoff score and secured a place in the final merit list.

Anm Gnm Document verification :

  • Admit cards and rank cards are issued based on the information provided by the candidate.
  • All verifications occur during and after counseling/admission by the allotted institute.
  • Candidates should not assume that the personal information shown in the admit card is accepted or approved by the Board.
  • If a candidate’s claim is found invalid during verification, their category rank will canceled, corrected, or modified accordingly.
  • This may render the candidate ineligible for some or all seats/courses.
  • The candidate will considered as General Category in the next round of counselling, if any, if their claim is invalidated.
  • Securing a rank does not guarantee admission if the candidate fails to comply with the required criteria.

Admit Card for WB ANM & GNM :

a) Admit cards will generated on the specified date for candidates to download and print.
b) Candidates required to bring a printed hard copy of the admit card to the examination center.
c) It is imperative that candidates ensure their admit card remains intact and undamaged. Any mutilated, distorted, or soiled admit cards will result in candidates being prohibited from appearing in the examination.

Evaluation and declaration of result for ANM GNM Exams :

a) Model Answer Keys will accessible on the Board’s website shortly after the exam. Candidates can log in to view them.
b) Candidates have the option to challenge any answer key by paying ₹500 per question plus applicable bank charges. The fee is non-refundable.
c) The Board will review challenges and publish Final and Frozen Answer Keys. Their decision will final.
d) OMR images and responses will available on the website approximately one week after the exam. Candidates can view and download them by logging in. They should retain copies of their OMRs.
e) Dissatisfied candidates can challenge their captured responses online by paying ₹500 per question plus bank charges.
f) The Board will review challenges and make final decisions. No other modes of challenge will accepted.
g) Results will published as Rank Cards, containing relevant ranks and total scores. Candidates can download them by logging in.
h) Rank cards with scores will issued to all candidates. Not all may receive a rank, and eligibility for counseling will depend on cut-off ranks/scores set by the Board.
i) Candidates can raise grievances about their scores via email within 24 hours of result declaration, with supporting documents attached. Physical representations allowed until noon on the next working day after result publication.
j) Candidates can calculate their scores using their machine read responses and final answer keys. A calculation sheet can requested from the Board within 60 days after result declaration or until counseling ends, with a demand draft of ₹500.

WB ANM & GNM Counselling Process 2024 :

1. Registration and Choice Filling/College Locking – The initial step of the WB ANM & GNM 2024 counselling process involves registration on the official website. Aspirants must log in and fill their choices while ensuring to lock their preferred college within the specified timeframe.

2. Release of Provisional List and Verification – In the second stage, the authority releases a provisional list of candidates. These candidates must undergo document verification and complete medical checkups. Additionally, a seat matrix is provided for candidates’ reference in each round of WB ANM & GNM counselling 2024.

3. Seat Allotment – The third stage entails the release of a final list of selected candidates. This list includes the names of aspirants who have secured seats in their preferred colleges.

4. Reporting and Admission – Following seat allotment, candidates required to report to their allotted colleges for admission. The schedule and reporting instructions will communicated to eligible candidates. Upon arrival, candidates must pay the necessary fees and fulfill admission requirements within the stipulated time.
